WORKPIECE PULLOUT JIG

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece pullout jig which is low in frequency of use of an overhead crane and can easily perform at least insertion and removal of a workpiece.SOLUTION: There is provided a jig for inserting and removing a workpiece to be used by gripping a shaft of a rotor. A workpiece pullout jig includes an L-shaped main body including a horizontal portion and a hanging portion extending vertically downward from one end of the horizontal portion, a lifting mechanism that is attached to the hanging portion and capable of extending and retracting in a vertical direction, a gripping mechanism that is attached to a lift and grips the shaft, and a balance adjusting mechanism including a longitudinal portion attached along the horizontal portion and two balance adjusting portions movably mounted in the horizontal direction with respect to the longitudinal portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】天井クレーンの使用頻度が低く、ワークの少なくとも抜き出しを簡易に行うことのできるワーク抜き差し治具を提供すること。【解決手段】ロータの軸を把持して使用するワークの抜き差し治具である。水平部と、水平部の一端から鉛直方向下方に延在する垂下部と、を含むＬ字型の本体と、垂下部に取り付けられ、鉛直方向に伸縮自在の昇降機構と、昇降機に取り付けられ、軸を把持する把持機構と、水平部に沿って取り付けられた長手部と、長手部に対して、水平方向に移動自在に取付けられた２つのバランス調整部と、を含むバランス調整機構と、を備える。【選択図】図２
