Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator core of a rotary electric machine in which disturbance of coil winding can be prevented, and a production method for the stator core of the rotary electric machine.SOLUTION: In each divided core 11 of a stator core 10 of a rotary electric machine having a tooth part 12 and a back yoke part 13, a plurality of core members 2 composed of electromagnetic steel sheets are formed so as to be layered in an axial direction Y. The core members 2 include, in the back yoke part 13, a first recessed and projected portion 3 for connecting the core members 2 adjacent in the axial direction Y. A first core member 21 has no recessed and projected portion formed in the tooth part 12, and a second core member 22 has, at a position where a coil 8 is disposed on the tooth part 12, a second recessed and projected portion 4 having a recess/projection height H2 lower than a recess/projection height H1 of the first recessed and projected portion 3. On the axial direction Y side where the projection of the second core member 22 is formed, the first core member 21 is layered so as to have a base surface of the tooth part 12 of the first core member 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
