PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support visit medical treatment further suitably by improving convenience of a doctor and the like.SOLUTION: A visit context recording device is installed in a room of a visit service object person receiving visit medical treatment, visit nursing or home-visit care and comprises: a recording unit which records at least one of a moving image and voice representing a visit context for the visit service object person; a memory in which a scheduled visit period indicative of a scheduled period when the visit service object person will be visited is stored; a reception interface which receives a recording start instruction and a recording end instruction from the outside; and a recording control unit which starts recording by the recording unit at one of the reception time of the recording start instruction and the start time of the scheduled visit period and terminates recording by the recording unit at one of the reception time of the recording end instruction and the end time of the scheduled visit period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】医師等の利便性を高めて、訪問診療等を更に好適に支援する。【解決手段】訪問診療又は訪問看護又は訪問介護を受ける訪問サービス対象者の部屋に設置された訪問状況記録装置であって、訪問サービス対象者に対する訪問状況を表す動画及び音声の少なくとも一方を記録する記録部と、訪問サービス対象者を訪問する予定期間を表す訪問予定期間を記憶するメモリと、外部からの記録開始命令及び記録終了命令を受信する受信インターフェースと、記録開始命令の受信時刻と、訪問予定期間の開始時刻とのうち一方の時刻に、記録部による記録動作を開始させ、記録終了命令の受信時刻と、訪問予定期間の終了時刻とのうち一方の時刻に、記録部による記録動作を終了させる記録制御部と、を備えるものである。【選択図】図２
