PEDOMETER WITH FUNCTION FOR MEASURING NON-WALKING TIME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedometer which measures not only the number of steps but also a non-walking time.SOLUTION: A physical activity data string generator 212a generates a physical activity data string on the basis of an output of a three-dimensional acceleration sensor 23, and a non-walking time measurement unit 212b measures a non-walking time on the basis of the physical activity data string and stores the non-walking time in a storage unit 214. If the non-walking time exceeds a prescribed threshold, a harmful effect on health is determined, and for example, a warning is issued from a vibration generator 27.
