Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method of a ball screw mechanism which can detect a poor attachment with high precision when the attachment accuracy of a bearing which supports a nut component is low, the inspection equipment of the ball screw mechanism.SOLUTION: It has a nut component 5 which engages a screw slot 21 of a rack shaft 2 through a plurality of balls 43, an outer ring 61 held by the housing 3, an inner ring 62 held by the nut component 5, and an anti-friction bearing 6 having a plurality of rolling elements 60, the outer ring 61 is fixed to the fixture 81, rotates the nut component 5 to the outer ring 61 with the inner ring 62 by pressing the rack shaft 2 by the rotation control of the rack shaft 2, and measures the swing quantity of the rack shaft 2 accompanying the rotation of the nut component 5 in the inspection method of the ball screw mechanism 40 to which axial movement of the rack shaft 2 is carried out to the housing 3 by rotation of the nut component 5, and it is judged whether this swing quantity satisfies the predetermined conditions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】ナット部材を支持する軸受の組み付け精度が低い場合に、その組み付け不良を高精度に検出することが可能なボールねじ機構の検査方法、ボールねじ機構の検査装置、ボールねじ機構の製造方法、及びステアリング装置の検査方法を提供する。【解決手段】ラックシャフト2のねじ溝21に複数のボール43を介して螺合するナット部材5と、ハウジング3に保持される外輪61、ナット部材5に保持される内輪62、及び複数の転動体60を有する転がり軸受6とを有し、ナット部材5の回転によってラックシャフト2をハウジング3に対して軸方向移動させるボールねじ機構40の検査方法において、外輪61を固定治具81に固定し、ラックシャフト2を回転規制しながら軸方向に押圧することでナット部材5を内輪62と共に外輪61に対して回転させ、ナット部材5の回転に伴うラックシャフト2の振れ量を測定し、この振れ量が所定の条件を満たすか否かを判定する。【選択図】図5 |
