Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature estimation device which can precisely obtain temperatures of two elements connected to each other in parallel, while suppressing the increase in size of the device.SOLUTION: A control part 10 is used for a rectifier module 30 which is constituted by connecting a first diode D1 and a second diode D2 in parallel between an input side and an output side. The control part 10 calculates a second current I2 flowing through the second diode D2 on the basis of a difference between a first current I1 flowing through the first diode D1 and a total current Ito flowing through a first circuit 31, and estimates a second temperature T2 of the second diode D2 on the basis of a first voltage Vt1 between terminals and the second current I2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】機器の体格の増加を抑制しつつ、並列接続された2つの素子の温度を適正に把握することができる温度推定装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】制御部10は、第1ダイオードD1及び第2ダイオードD2を入力側と出力側との間で並列接続して構成された整流モジュール30に適用される。また、制御部10は、第1ダイオードD1に流れる第1電流I1と、第1回路31に流れる総電流Itoとの差に基づいて、第2ダイオードD2に流れる第2電流I2を算出する。そして、第1端子間電圧Vt1と第2電流I2とに基づいて、第2ダイオードD2の第2温度T2を推定する。【選択図】 図1 |
