Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure of a duct which can prevent the leakage of air or the like in the duct even if the duct is fastened by using a clamp having a band which annularly extends along an external peripheral face of the duct, and a housing which is arranged at one end of the band, and contracted in a diameter by winding the other end of the band.SOLUTION: A clamp 5 has a band 20 which annularly extends along an external peripheral face of a tip part of a duct 4, and a housing 21 which is arranged at one end of the band 20, and contracts a diameter of the band 20 by winding the other end of the band 20.
