BLAST FURNACE OPERATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blast furnace operation method for preventing a cost of installation from being increased even when using coke via yard.SOLUTION: A blast furnace operation method uses coke via yard. The blast furnace operation method is such that the coke via yard has a large sieving classification point of at least one of center coke or lump coke to usually used direct delivery coke, and makes a used amount of small lump coke high. Here, the center coke is coke charged into the center part vicinity of a blast furnace, the lump coke is coke charged into the whole area in a furnace diameter direction between an ore layer and an ore layer, and the small lump coke is coke blended with the ore layer. The coke via yard is coke conveyed to the blast furnace via a yard, and the direct delivery coke is coke conveyed to the blast furnace from a coke manufacturing step by using a belt conveyor without passing through a yard.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】ヤード経由コークスを用いる場合であっても設備費用が高くならない高炉操業方法を提供すること。【解決手段】ヤード経由コークスを使用する高炉操業方法であって、ヤード経由コークスは、通常用いられる直送コークスに対し、中心コークス、または塊コークスの少なくとも一方の篩分け分級点が大きく、小塊コークスの使用量が多いことを特徴とする高炉操業方法。ここで、中心コークスとは、高炉の中心部近辺に装入するコークス、塊コークスとは、鉱石層と鉱石層の間に炉径方向の全域に装入するコークス、小塊コークスとは、鉱石層に混合させるコークスをいう。また、ヤード経由コークスとは、ヤードを経由して高炉に搬送されるコークス、直送コークスとは、ヤードを経由することなく、コークス製造工程からベルトコンベアを用いて高炉に搬送されるコークスをいう。【選択図】なし
