Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce sounds entering from the outside to the inside of a vehicle without deteriorating, in particular, door closing performance.SOLUTION: A vehicle ventilation device includes: a frame body part 30 provided at a vehicle body, formed with an opening H configured for discharging air in a vehicle cabin to the outside of a vehicle and located in a substantially center part, and comprising a first frame body 31 and a second frame body 32 arranged in parallel to each other, a third frame body 33 connecting one-side ends of the first frame body 31 and the second frame body 32, and a fourth frame body 34 connecting the other-side ends of the first frame body 31 and the second frame body 32.
