Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sensitive transfer recording medium which has high transfer sensitivity of a dye, and hardly causes precipitation of the dye and scumming (good storage stability).SOLUTION: A heat-sensitive transfer recording medium 1 has a heat-resistant lubricant layer 40 layered on one surface of a base material 10, and an undercoat layer 20 and a dye layer 30 layered in this order on the other surface. The dye layer 30 contains a polyvinyl acetal resin, a phenoxy resin and a graft copolymer of which a main chain is formed of polycarbonate and a side chain is formed of a vinyl polymer as binders, and contains compounds I, II and III as cyan dyes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】染料の転写感度が高く、染料の析出、地汚れが発生しにくい（保存安定性が良い）感熱転写記録媒体を提供する。【解決手段】感熱転写記録媒体１は、基材１０の一方の面の上に耐熱滑性層４０が積層され、他方の面の上に下引き層２０及び染料層３０がこの順に積層されたものである。染料層３０は、バインダとして、ポリビニルアセタール樹脂と、フェノキシ樹脂と、主鎖がポリカーボネートからなり側鎖がビニル系ポリマーからなるグラフトコポリマーと、を含有するとともに、シアン染料として、化合物Ｉ、II、及びIIIを含有する。【選択図】図１
