Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seamless steel pipe-cutting method and device capable of efficiently obtaining two product pipes having a prescribed length from one seamless steel pipe.SOLUTION: A seamless pipe-cutting device for obtaining a product pipe having a prescribed length by cutting a seamless steel pipe comprises: first and second cutting machines cutting the seamless steel pipe to carry out a chamfering process; a first conveyance roll group arranged at the inlet side of the first cutting machine and advance-conveying the seamless pipe to make approach in the first cutting machine; a third conveyance roll group arranged at the outlet side of the first cutting machine, and advance-conveying the obtained first product pipe to discharge to the outlet side of the first cutting machine or retreat-conveying the first product pipe to make back-feed to the inlet side of the first cutting machine; a press roll arranged above the third conveyance roll group; and a second conveyance roll group making the first product pipe or the remainder of the seamless steel pipe approach in the second cutting machine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】所定の長さを有する2本の製品管を、1本の継目無鋼管から効率良く得ることが可能な、継目無鋼管の切断方法および切断装置を提供する。【解決手段】継目無鋼管を切断して所定の長さを有する製品管を得る継目無鋼管の切断装置であって、継目無鋼管を切断し、面取り加工をする第1切断機および第2切断機と、第1切断機の入側に配設され、継目無鋼管を前進搬送して第1切断機内に進入させる第1搬送ロール群と、第1切断機の出側に配設され、得られた第1製品管を前進搬送して第1切断機の出側に排出させ、あるいは第1製品管を後退搬送して第1切断機の入側へ逆送させる第3搬送ロール群と、第3搬送ロール群の上方に配設される押えロールと、第1製品管あるいは継目無鋼管の残部を第2切断機内に進入させる第2搬送ロール群と、を有する。【選択図】図1 |
