Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil filter which can be structured simply and can improve assembly workability by reducing the number of components.SOLUTION: An oil filter 1A includes a housing 2, a filter element 3, and a relief valve 4A. The relief valve includes: a valve seat plate 26 which is arranged on an inner side of a ceiling part 2a of the housing and covers an opening on a shaft end side of the filter element, and has a release hole 25 communicating between an upstream space S1 and a downstream space S2; a valve element 27 which is arranged on a surface side facing to the downstream space of a valve seat plate and opens/closes the release hole; and a coil spring 28 which biases the valve element in a direction of closing the release hole. The coil spring is interposed between the valve element and a spring receiving part 16 arranged on a bottom surface part 2b side of the housing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】部品点数を低減して簡易な構造にできるとともに、組付作業性を向上できるオイルフィルタを提供する。【解決手段】本オイルフィルタ1Aは、ハウジング2と、ろ過エレメント3と、リリーフ弁4Aと、を備える。そして、リリーフ弁は、ハウジングの天井部2aの内側に配置されてろ過エレメントの軸端側の開口を覆うとともに、上流空間S1と下流空間S2とを連通する逃し穴25が形成された弁座プレート26と、弁座プレートの下流空間を向く表面側に配置されて逃し穴を開閉する弁体27と、弁体を逃し穴を閉鎖する方向に付勢するコイルバネ28と、を備える。さらに、コイルバネは、弁体とハウジングの底面部2b側に設けられたバネ受け部16との間に介装されている。【選択図】図1
