EXHAUST EMISSION CONTROL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device capable of securely adsorbing and separating oil mist and soot dust in exhaust gas by using a simple configuration and maintaining adsorption and separation performance for a long period and excellent in operation stability and maintenance performance.SOLUTION: An exhaust emission control device includes: a suction pipe 11 having one end with an exhaust gas suction port 12; a separation section 15 connected to the other end of the suction pipe 11 and having a filter 14 provided therein; an oil supply section 17 for supplying adsorption oil from the upper side of the filter 14; a recovery tank 24 provided to communicate with the lower part of the separation section 15; and suction means 28 connected to the upper end side of the recovery tank 24. Oil mist and soot dust in the exhaust gas sucked from the suction port 12 by the suction means 28 are adsorbed and separated by the filter 14. Waste oil with which the oil droplets of the adsorption oil and oil mist that have passed through the filter 14 are mixed is recovered by the recovery tank 24, and purified gas from which the oil mist and soot dust are separated by the filter 14 is discharged through the recovery tank 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】簡素な構成で排ガス中のオイルミスト及び煤塵を確実に吸着及び分離することができ、吸着及び分離の性能を長期間維持することが可能で、動作の安定性、メンテナンス性に優れた排ガス浄化装置を提供する。【解決手段】一端に排ガスの吸引口１２を有する吸引管１１と、吸引管１１の他端に連結され内部にフィルター１４が設けられた分離部１５と、フィルター１４の上方から吸着用オイルを供給するオイル供給部１７と、分離部１５の下方に連通して設けられた回収タンク２４と、回収タンク２４の上端側に連結された吸引手段２８とを備え、吸引手段２８で吸引口１２から吸引した排ガス中のオイルミスト及び煤塵をフィルター１４で吸着及び分離して、フィルター１４を通過した吸着用オイル及びオイルミストの油滴が混合した排油は回収タンク２４で回収され、フィルター１４でオイルミスト及び煤塵が分離された浄化ガスが回収タンク２４を通過して排気される。【選択図】図１
