Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key for a game machine which has rigidity enough to be used as a grip, and which can be produced with a simplified production step efficiently.SOLUTION: A key (10) for a game machine comprises: a key body (11) having a key insertion part (11c); and a key head part (12) formed of a molded product attached to a base part (11a) of the key body (11). On a part included in the key head part (12) on the base part (11a), a latching pin (16) is press-fitted so as to protrude to a width direction of the key (10). The key body (11) and the key head part (12) are connected and fixed by fixing pins (14, 15) in which a thickness direction of the key (10) is a shaft direction of the fixing pins, and in a connected and fixed state, a key insertion part (11c) side of the protruded part of the latching pin (16) abuts a solid wall part (12b) in the key head part (12).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】持ち手として利用できる程に丈夫でありながら、製造工程を簡略化して効率良く製造できる遊技機用のキーを実現する。【解決手段】遊技機用のキー(10)は、キー挿入部(11c)を有するキー本体(11)と、キー本体(11)の基部(11a)に取り付けられる成形品からなるキーヘッド部(12)とを有する。基部(11a)におけるキーヘッド部(12)に内包される部分に、キー(10)の幅方向に突出するように、掛止ピン(16)が圧入されている。キー本体(11)とキーヘッド部(12)とは、当該キー(10)の厚さ方向を軸方向とする固定ピン(14,15)にて連結固定され、かつ、連結固定された状態で、掛止ピン(16)の突出部分のキー挿入部(11c)側が、キーヘッド部(12)の内部の中実構造の壁部(12b)に突き当たっている。【選択図】図3 |
