Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic supply device for an automatic transmission including a variable capacity type oil pump, for stabilizing a line pressure while reducing a driving loss of the oil pump.SOLUTION: A hydraulic supply device for an automatic transmission includes first line pressure control means for changing discharge capacity of an oil pump 20 according to a feedback hydraulic pressure supplied from an output part C1 of a regulator valve 40 to control chambers 36, 38 of the variable capacity type oil pump to control a line pressure to be supplied to a hydraulic circuit 2, second line pressure control means for regulating a flow amount of oil discharged from the oil pump to be drained without being supplied to the hydraulic circuit 2 in a state of fixing the discharge capacity of the oil pump 20 to control a line pressure, and detection means 101 for detecting a predetermined state where the line pressure easily lowers. 【課題】可変容量型のオイルポンプを備えた自動変速機の油圧供給装置において、オイルポンプの駆動損失の低減を図りつつ、ライン圧の安定化を図る。【解決手段】レギュレータバルブ40の出力部C1から可変容量型のオイルポンプの制御室36,38に供給されるフィードバック油圧に応じて、オイルポンプ20の吐出容量を変化させることで、油圧回路2に供給されるライン圧を制御する第1ライン圧制御手段と、オイルポンプ20の吐出容量を固定させた状態で、該オイルポンプから吐出されて油圧回路2に供給されることなくドレンされるオイルの流量を調整することで、ライン圧を制御する第2ライン圧制御手段と、ライン圧が低下しやすい所定状態を検出する検出手段101とを設け、前記所定状態が検出されたときは、前記第2ライン圧制御手段によってライン圧を制御させる。【選択図】図6 |
