Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-fusible composite fiber capable of suppressing damage to a fiber when processing the fiber into a nonwoven fabric web.SOLUTION: There is provided a heat-fusible composite fiber comprising a first component containing a polyester resin and a second component containing a polyolefin resin. The melting point of the second component is lower than the melting point of the first component by 10°C or more and the fracture work amount obtained by the tensile test is 1.6 cN cm/dtex or more, so that damage to the fibers can be suppressed, and a nonwoven fabric of high quality can be obtained with higher productivity than before.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】繊維を不織布ウェブに加工する際の、繊維へのダメージを抑制できる熱融着性複合繊維を提供すること。【解決手段】ポリエステル系樹脂を含む第1成分と、ポリオレフィン系樹脂を含む第2成分とを含む熱融着性複合繊維であって、第2成分の融点は第1成分の融点よりも10℃以上低く、引張試験によって得られる破断仕事量が、1.6cN・cm/dtex以上である熱融着性複合繊維とすることで、繊維へのダメージを抑制することができるようになり、従来よりも生産性よく、高品質の不織布を得られるようになる。【選択図】なし |
