Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin emulsion that can be suitably used for a top coating paint that is referred to as top coat coated on an exterior of a building, a surface of a ceramic-based building material, and the like, which forms a coated film that contains a triazine-based ultraviolet absorber, and is excellent in resistance to ultraviolet permeability and ultraviolet appearance retention.SOLUTION: A resin emulsion contains a triazine-based ultraviolet absorber, where a polymerizable hindered amine-based light stable monomer is used for a monomer component that is used as a resin raw material of the resin emulsion.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】建築物の外装、窯業系建材などの表面に塗装されるトップコートと称されている上塗り塗料に好適に使用することができる樹脂エマルションであって、トリアジン系紫外線吸収剤を含有し、耐紫外線透過性および紫外線外観保持性に優れた塗膜を形成する樹脂エマルションを提供する。【解決手段】トリアジン系紫外線吸収剤を含有する樹脂エマルションであって、前記樹脂エマルションの樹脂原料として用いられる単量体成分に重合性ヒンダードアミン系光安定性単量体が用いられていることを特徴とする。【選択図】なし
