RACK BOOTH FOR FREEZING OR REFRIGERATING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of simultaneously solving problems such as efficient merchandise cooling by energy saving, improvement of work efficiency of complicated picking work, and avoidance of air-conditioner sick of workers at a distribution base of a wide variety and a large amount of merchandise requiring refrigerating and freezing.SOLUTION: A rack booth for freezing or refrigerating includes a freezing machine disposed on a ceiling of an inner wall, a bay disposed on a back side for supplying an article, a bay disposed on a front side for taking out an article, and a multiple stages of article shelves having gaps for cold air flow at the front side of the inner wall and the back side of the inner wall. An efficient cooling and picking operation of the merchandise can be realized by the circulation of cold air from the freezing machine in such a way that it flows downward from the ceiling of the inner wall through the inner wall of the front side to the bottom of the inner wall and flows upward through the inner wall of the back side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 多品種多量の要冷蔵冷凍商品の物流拠点における省エネルギーによる効率的な商品冷却、煩雑なピッキング作業の作業効率向上、作業者の冷房病回避等の課題を同時に解決できる技術を提供すること。【解決手段】 冷凍又は冷蔵ラックブースは、内壁天面に設置された冷凍機と、背面側に配設された物品投入用の間口と、前面側に配設された物品取り出し用の間口と、前面内壁側及び背面内壁側に冷気流動用間隙を有する複数段の物品棚とを具備する冷凍・冷蔵ラックブースであって、前記冷凍機からの冷気が天面内壁から前面内壁を下り底面内壁を経由して背面内壁を上昇して循環することにより効率的な商品の冷却及びピッキング作業を提供できる。【選択図】図１
