Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an acicular body under normal pressure at low cost, while minimizing mingling of air bubbles.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an acicular body that is provided with a support substrate and a needle provided on the support substrate includes a first step of supplying a needle forming solution 20a containing needle material forming the needle, onto an intaglio plate 30 having a recess 30a that has a shape corresponding to the needle, a second step of disposing an air-permeable film 10a on the needle forming solution and compressing the needle forming solution from above the film to move the needle forming solution into the recess, and a third step of removing liquid components from the needle forming solution inside the recess to solidify the needle forming solution, and forming the needle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】気泡の混入を抑制しつつ、常圧下で安価に針状体を製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】支持基板と、支持基板上に設けられた針部とを備えた針状体の製造方法は、針部に対応した形状の凹部30aを有する凹版30上に、針部を形成する針部材料を含有する針部形成溶液20aを供給する第1工程と、針部形成溶液上に通気性フィルム10aを配置し、通気性フィルム上から針部形成溶液を加圧して凹部内に前記針部形成溶液を移動させる第2工程と、凹部内の針部形成溶液から液性成分を除去して針部形成溶液を固化させ、針部を形成する第3工程とを備える。【選択図】図5
