PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of suppressing a user from carrying out a task after a scheduled task end time has elapsed.SOLUTION: When a job (for example, a facsimile transmission job) is accepted, an image processing apparatus (for example, an MFP 10a) obtains a time (understanding required time T10) required for understanding contents of a reception target object related to the job (for example, a printout related to the facsimile transmission job) by a reception user (for example, a user U2) of the reception target object. Further, the MFP 10a also obtains a time (remaining work time T20) up to a scheduled task end time T2 related to the reception user U2.
