Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for preventing an exposed core wire part from piercing a heat-shrinkable cap when the heat-shrinkable cap is shrunk.SOLUTION: A wire with cap has a wire having a coated part in which a core wire is coated, an exposed core wire part which is positioned in one end side of the coated part and from which the core wire is exposed, a cap body formed with a closed pipe shape in which one end part is closed and another end part is opened, and adhesive which is arranged in an inner surface of the cap body and has a thermoplastic resin, and having a heat-shrinkable cap covered on the wire from an exposed core wire part side. In the wire with cap, thickness in a diameter direction of the cap body part in a part surrounding a tip part of the exposed core wire part from an outer periphery is larger than that in a part surrounding the coated part from the outer periphery at a state that the heat-shrinkable cap is thermally shrunk.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】熱収縮キャップが収縮する際に露出芯線部が熱収縮キャップを突き破ることを抑制する技術を提供する。【解決手段】キャップ付き電線は、芯線が被覆された被覆部と、被覆部の一端側に位置し且つ芯線が露出した露出芯線部と、を有する電線と、一端部が閉じているとともに他端部が開口している閉管状に形成されたキャップ本体部と、キャップ本体部の内面に設けられ熱可塑性樹脂を含む接着剤と、を有し、電線に対して露出芯線部側から被せられた熱収縮キャップと、を備える。また、このキャップ付き電線では、熱収縮キャップが熱収縮された状態で、露出芯線部の先端部を外周から囲む部分におけるキャップ本体部の径方向の厚みが被覆部を外周から囲む部分におけるキャップ本体部の径方向の厚みよりも大きい。【選択図】図3 |
