RATING EVALUATION SYSTEM, RATING EVALUATION METHOD, AND RATING EVALUATION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rating evaluation system, a rating evaluation method, and a rating evaluation program, capable of conducting an accurate credit rating considering credit rating information provided by a credit rating agency.SOLUTION: A control unit 21 of a management server 20: derives an internal rating value for an evaluation target enterprise on the basis of industrial risk evaluation, financial evaluation, and industry type evaluation; calculates a quantitative rating value for the evaluation target enterprise using an advanced measurement method approved by the Financial Services Agency; and calculates a profile evaluation value on the basis of a business profile and a financial profile of the evaluation target enterprise. In the case of successfully acquiring an external rating value for the evaluation target enterprise, the control unit determines the rating by comparing the internal rating value, the quantitative rating value, the profile evaluation value, and the external rating value. In the case of failing in acquiring the external rating value for the evaluation target enterprise, the control unit calculates a rating score on the basis of a rating estimation model for calculating the external rating value, and determines the rating by comparing the internal rating value, the quantitative rating value, the profile evaluation value, and the rating score.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】信用格付業者が提供する信用格付情報を考慮して、的確な信用格付を行なうための格付評価システム、格付評価方法及び格付評価プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】管理サーバ２０の制御部２１が、評価対象企業について、産業リスク評価、財務評価、業種別評価に基づいて内部格付値を導出し、評価対象企業について、金融庁によって認められた先進的計測手法を用いて定量格付値を算出し、評価対象企業の事業プロフィールと財務プロフィールとに基づいて、プロフィール評価値を算出し、評価対象企業について外部格付を取得できた場合には、内部格付値、定量格付値、プロフィール評価値及び外部格付値を比較して格付を確定し、評価対象企業について外部格付値を取得できない場合には、外部格付値を算出するための格付推計モデルに基づいて格付スコアを算出し、内部格付値、定量格付値、プロフィール評価値及び格付スコアを比較して格付を確定する。【選択図】図１
