METHOD OF MANUFACTURING GUIDE RAIL

PURPOSE: To provide a method of manufacturing a guide rail, which can increase reliability of the guide rail that exerts a guide function when a cargo receiving stage lifting device is operated to retract in a vehicle front-to-back direction as a longitudinal direction of the device.CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing a guide rail for serving as a guide member in sliding of a cargo receiving stage lifting device and being fixed to a frame in a vehicle front-to-back direction as a longitudinal direction of the device, includes: a unit formation step of forming a unit body such that flange steel materials extending toward right and left sides are mounted on a web steel material provided in a vertically standing manner and extending in the longitudinal direction; a mounting step of mounting a plate-shaped body on an upper surface portion of the flange steel material to be located at an end portion in the longitudinal direction; a pinching and supporting step of pinching and supporting the unit body with an opposed member by which an upper surface of one of the flange steel materials mounted on the web steel material and a lower surface of the other of the flange steel materials are pinched; and a welding step of substantially at the same time welding right and left sides of the web steel material in the longitudinal direction to contact portions of the web steel material and the flange steel materials of the pinched and supported unit body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【目的】車両前後方向を長手方向として荷受台昇降装置の収納動作時にガイド機能の役目を果たすガイドレールに関して、その信頼性を向上させることのできる製造方法を提供する。【構成】荷受台昇降装置が、スライドする際のガイド部材となるとともに車両前後方向を長手方向とする状態で車枠に固定されるガイドレールの製造方法であって、前記長手方向に沿って立設されたウェブ鋼材に、左右に張り出されたフランジ鋼材を組み付けたユニット体を形成するユニット形成工程と、フランジ鋼材の上面部において、長手方向の端部側に板状体を載置する載置工程と、ウェブ鋼材に組み付けた一方のフランジ鋼材の上面側及び他方のフランジ鋼材の下面側を挟む対向部材で前記ユニット体を挟持する挟持工程とを備え、挟持されたユニット体のうち、ウェブ鋼材とフランジ鋼材の当接部位に対して、ウェブ鋼材の左右両側を略同時に長手方向に沿って溶接する溶接工程を有する。【選択図】図３
