Zusammenfassung: | To reduce a manufacturing cost of an antidazzle coated base material in such a form that an antidazzle functional film having a uniform film thickness covers only a part of a base material surface.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an antidazzle coated base material is provided, in which an antidazzle functional film 40 is formed on a transparent base material 10 by flexographic printing using ink of an antidazzle functional film material and a flexographic printing plate having dots formed as protruding on a projected part 30 that defines a print pattern. Dot condition variation regions 31, 32 where conditions of dots are varied so as to reduce an ink retention amount than in the other regions on the projected part 30 are provided in a portion corresponding to an edge of the print pattern, and the ink of the antidazzle functional film material is printed to cover only a part of the surface of the base material 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
