Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a positive electrode plate for a lead battery, capable of increasing an initial capacity without reducing a battery life.SOLUTION: A positive electrode plate for a lead battery is structured by filling a positive electrode active material paste obtained by mixing an original material including lead powder containing a metal lead having lead monoxide as a main component in a lattice substrate made of lead alloy. A median size of the lead powder is adjusted to 0.5 to 10 μm. A specific surface area of the lead powder is 1.5 to 2.3 m/g. A mean value (mean particle diameter T10 of the metal lead) of particle diameters of ten largest particles of the metal leads observed by a metallurgical microscope is adjusted to be in the range of 10 to 30 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】電池寿命を低下させることなく、初期容量を高くすることができる鉛蓄電池用正極板の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】一酸化鉛を主成分として金属鉛を含有する鉛粉を含む原料を混練して得られる正極活物質ペーストを、鉛合金製の格子基板に充填して鉛蓄電池用正極板を構成する。鉛粉は、メジアン径が0.5〜10μmの鉛粉に調整されている。鉛粉の比表面積が1.5〜2.3m2/gである。金属鉛は、金属顕微鏡で観察したときの金属鉛の粒の粒径が大きい上位10個の金属鉛の粒の粒径の平均値(金属鉛の平均粒径T10)が10〜30μmとなるように調整されている。【選択図】 なし |
