Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stainless steel plate with enhanced capability of allowing adhering dirt and fingerprints to be wiped off.SOLUTION: In a stainless steel plate excellently allowing dirt to be wiped off, the presence density of micropits with depth of 0.5 μm or more and aperture area of 10 μmor more in a surface of the stainless steel plate is 5.0 or less per 0.01 mm; the arithmetic average roughness Ra in the direction parallel to a rolling direction on the surface is 0.05 μm or less; and the maximum valley depth Pv is 2.0 μm or less. The stainless steel plate allows dirt due to grease, microbes or the like to be wiped off easily with a wiping cloth.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】付着した汚れや指紋を拭き取って除去できる性能を高めたステンレス鋼板を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、ステンレス鋼板の表面において、深さ０．５μｍ以上かつ開口面積１０μｍ２以上であるマイクロピットの存在密度が０．０１ｍｍ２当たり５．０個以下であり、前記表面における、圧延方向と平行な方向での算術平均粗さＲａが０．０５μｍ以下、最大谷深さＰｖが２．０μｍ以下である、汚れの拭き取り除去性に優れたステンレス鋼板である。本発明のステンレス鋼板は、油脂または微生物等による汚れをワイピングクロスで容易に拭き取ることができる。【選択図】なし
