Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further reduce the weight of a body structure of an automobile and further enhance the strength of the body structure by configuring a floor portion of the automobile by a panel member that is entirely flat and is reinforced strongly more than being reinforced by a single substantially circular truncated conical shaped stepped portion according to the prior art.SOLUTION: A floor portion of an automobile is configured by a panel member that includes: an object made of a plate material and formed of two substantially circular truncated conical shaped annular bodies bonded to each other such that small-diameter portions are opposed to each other; and a substantially flat plate material bonded to a large-diameter portion of at least one of the two substantially circular truncated conical shaped annular bodies. The two substantially circular truncated conical shaped annular bodies may be annular bodies having shapes obtained by partially cutting a spherical shell of a plate material at flat cut surfaces parallel to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】全体として扁平であり、公知技術による一重の略切頭円錐状段差部により補強される以上により剛固に補強されたパネル部材によって自動車のフロア部を構成することにより自動車の車体構造のより一層の軽量化と剛固化を図る。【解決手段】板材よりなり且つ小径端の形状を同じくする2つの略切頭円錐状の環状体を該小径端にて突合せ接合した物体と、該2つの略切頭円錐状の環状体の少なくとも一方の大径端に接合された略扁平な板材とを含むパネル部材により自動車のフロア部を構成する。略切頭円錐状の環状体は、板材よりなる球殻の一部を2つの互に平行な平切断面で切り取った形状の環状体であってよい。【選択図】図2 |
