Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a surfactant composition containing a sulfonated product with reduced odors.SOLUTION: The invention provides a method for producing a surfactant composition containing a polyhydric alcohol (A), water (B) and a sulfonated product (E). The method includes the process (1) of converting, in the presence of (A) and (B), an esterified product (C) of a C4-22 unsaturated dicarboxylate (c1) and a C1-22 aliphatic mono-alcohol (c2) into a sulfonated product (E) with a sulfonation agent (D), where the sulfonation agent (D) is at least one selected from the group consisting of sulfite, hydrogen sulfite and disulfite and salts thereof. The process (1) includes the step (1-1) of sulfonating at 90-115°C so that a conversion rate of from (C) to (E) becomes 75-95% and further includes the step (1-2) of sulfonating at 116-135°C so that the conversion rate of from (C) to (E) becomes 96% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】スルホン化物を含む臭気の少ない界面活性剤組成物の製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】多価アルコール(A)、水(B)及びスルホン化物(E)を含む界面活性剤組成物の製造方法であって、(A)及び(B)の存在下で、炭素数4〜22の不飽和ジカルボン酸(c1)と炭素数1〜22の脂肪族モノアルコール(c2)とのエステル化物(C)をスルホン化剤(D)でスルホン化物(E)に変換する工程(1)を有し、スルホン化剤(D)が亜硫酸、亜硫酸水素及び二亜硫酸並びにこれらの塩からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種であり、工程(1)が(C)から(E)への変換率が75〜95%となるまで90〜115℃でスルホン化する工程(1−1)と更に(C)から(E)への変換率が96%以上となるまで116〜135℃でスルホン化する工程(1−2)とを有する界面活性剤組成物の製造方法。【選択図】なし |
