LENS POLISHING HOLDER AND POLISHING METHOD FOR A PLURALITY OF LENSES USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens holder which enables a plurality of lenses to be polished simultaneously, makes a reduction in the working time related to polish processing per lens by using no adhesive, makes a reduction in mass production dispersion in polish processing, and is necessary for high-quality lens polish processing, and a polishing method using the lens holder.SOLUTION: Technical features of a polishing holder related to this invention indicate that a lens autorotates by contact friction of a rotating polish tray with a lens, and that the lens revolves in the holder, such a revolution being the autorotation of the holder, to solve the problem by oscillating the holder to make a plurality of lenses press the polish tray under a uniform force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】複数のレンズを同時に研磨でき、接着を用いることなく、レンズ１個当たりの研磨加工に係る作業時間を低減させ、研磨加工における量産バラツキを低減させるとともに、品質の高いレンズ研磨加工に必要なレンズホルダーの提供、並びにそのレンズホルダーを利用した研磨方法の提供を図ることを課題とするものである。【解決手段】本発明に係るレンズ研磨用ホルダーの技術的特徴は、回転する研磨皿とレンズの接触摩擦によりレンズが自転するとともに、ホルダー内でのレンズが公転し、係る公転はホルダーの自転でもあり、係るホルダーを揺動させることによって研磨皿に対して複数のレンズが均一な力で押しつけて課題を解決したものである。【選択図】図１
