Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrating device and a vibrating method capable of giving an exciting force to a structure in an exciting direction along in a vibration direction of a characteristic vibration mode of the structure.SOLUTION: The vibrating device includes: plural vibrators 1A, 1B configured to give an exciting force to a steam generator 101 on an identical plane in a different exciting direction respectively; plural vibration detectors 2A, 2B each configured to detect vibrations in plural different vibration directions on the plane; and a control unit 3 to acquire composite vibrations MV in which vibrations in plural different vibration directions detected by each of the vibration detectors 2A, 2B are combined, and to adjust the exciting force of each of the vibrators 1A, 1B so that the composite vibrations MV get closer to characteristic vibration PV of the steam generator 101.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】構造物の固有振動モードの振動方向に沿った加振方向に加振力を付与する。【解決手段】同一平面上で蒸気発生器101に対して異なる加振方向に加振力を付与する複数の加振器1A,1Bと、平面上で複数の異なる振動方向の振動を検出する複数の振動検出器2A,2Bと、各振動検出器2A,2Bが検出する複数の異なる振動方向の振動を複合した複合振動MVを取得し、当該複合振動MVを蒸気発生器101が有する固有振動PVに近づけるように各加振器1A,1Bの加振力を調整する制御装置3と、を備える。【選択図】図2
