Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that accurately measures an amount of temporal rise and fall and an amount of change over time of a substance changing over time using light and displays the results.SOLUTION: A device radiates light from at least two light sources to a sample including a measured substance. Light from at least one light source is used to measure variation in components other than the measured substance, and light for measuring the measured substance is used to measure variation in the measured substance. In order to accurately measure an amount of change in the measured object, an amount of variation other than the measured substance is set as a correction value. The measurement is conducted three times at certain time intervals, difference between measurement values at the first time and the third time is calculated, a temporal differential value of difference between measurement values at the first time and the second time is calculated, and the difference value between the measurement values at the first time and the third time and the temporal differential value of the measurement values at the first time and the second time are used as final results.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 【課題】光を使用して、時間的に変化する物質の時間的上昇、下降量と時間に対する変化量を精度よく測定し、その結果を表示する装置を提供する。【解決手段】少なくとも2つの光源の光を被測定物質を含む試料に照射し、すくなくとも1つの光源の光では、被測定物質以外の成分に対しての変動を測定し非測定物質を測定するための光で被測定物質の変動を測定する。非測定物質の変化量を精度よく測定するため、非測定物質以外の変動量を補正値とする。また、測定は一定時間をおいて3回行い、1回目の測定値と3回目の測定値の差分を計算し、1回目と2回目の測定値の差分の時間的な微分値を演算し、1回目と3回目の測定値の差分値と、1回目と2回目の測定値の時間的微分値を使って最終的な結果とする。【選択図】図9
