Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure for a rolling bearing capable of easily exchanging a seal member and preventing grease leakage while preventing the seal member from being dropped and deformed.SOLUTION: In a seal structure for a rolling bearing, raceway grooves are formed on mutually opposite peripheral surfaces of an inner ring 1 and an outer ring 2, and multiple rolling bodies are provided between the raceway grooves of the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2. The seal structure for the rolling bearing also comprises a seal member 7A that is made of an elastic body, for sealing an axial end of a bearing space 8 between the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2. Each of the inner ring 1 and the outer ring 2 includes a seal mounting groove 10A into which an annular groove insertion part 13 in the seal member 7A is inserted. An annular clearance δa is provided between the groove insertion part 13 and an inner surface of the seal mounting groove 10A. The seal structure for the rolling bearing further comprises a fixing member 18 which is tightly fitted into the clearance δa and fixes the groove insertion part 13 to the inner ring 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】シール部材の交換を容易に行うことができ、且つ、シール部材の脱落および変形を防止してグリース漏れを防止することができる旋回軸受のシール構造を提供する。【解決手段】この旋回軸受のシール構造は、内輪1および外輪2の互いに対向する周面にそれぞれ軌道溝が形成され、これら内輪1および外輪2の各軌道溝間に複数の転動体が設けられる。また内外輪1,2間の軸受空間8の軸方向端部を密封する弾性体製のシール部材7Aを備える。内輪1および外輪2は、シール部材7Aにおける環状の溝挿入部13が挿入されたシール取付溝10Aを有する。溝挿入部13とシール取付溝10Aの内面との間に環状の隙間δaが設けられている。隙間δaに密に嵌まり込み溝挿入部13が内輪1に固定される固定部材18を備えた。【選択図】図2 |
