PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration that can reliably prevent water pulled from an outdoor side to an indoor side through a gap between a frame and an end cap from entering the indoor side through a water stop member of a frame body in a fitting with a sash.SOLUTION: An smoke exhaust window (fitting) 51 comprises a smoke exhaust frame body 52 provided at an opening of a building body, a smoke exhaust sash 53 which is provided in the smoke exhaust frame body 52 so as to be openable and closable and in which a smoke exhaust upper rail 510 and a smoke exhaust stile 530 are assembled together, an airtight material 21a disposed on the side of the smoke exhaust frame body 52 and abutting on the smoke exhaust upper rail 510 of the smoke exhaust sash 53 in the closing position, and an end cap 70 attached to an end portion in the longitudinal direction of the smoke exhaust upper rail 510 and closing a small mouth of the smoke exhaust upper rail 510. An end portion 260 of the airtight material 21a on the side of the smoke exhaust frame body 52 is disposed at a position further away from the smoke exhaust frame body 52 than the end cap 70, the airtight material 21a does not abut against the end cap 70 at the closing position of the smoke exhaust sash 53.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】障子を備える建具において、框と端部キャップの隙間を通じて屋外側から屋内側に引っ張られた水が、枠体の止水部材を伝って屋内側に侵入する事態を確実に防止できる構成を提供すること。【解決手段】排煙窓（建具）５１は、建物の躯体の開口部に設けられる排煙枠体５２と、排煙枠体５２に開閉可能に設けられ、排煙上框５１０と排煙縦框５３０が框組みされた排煙障子５３と、排煙枠体５２側に配置され、閉鎖位置にある排煙障子５３の排煙上框５１０に当接する気密材２１ａと、排煙上框５１０の長手方向の端部に取り付けられ、排煙上框５１０の小口を塞ぐ端部キャップ７０と、を備え、気密材２１ａの排煙枠体５２側の端部２６０が端部キャップ７０よりも排煙枠体５２から離れた位置に配置され、排煙障子５３の閉鎖位置において気密材２１ａが端部キャップ７０に当接しない位置関係となっている。【選択図】図７
