Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desulfurizing facility and a method for desulfurizing a biogas, that can smoothly maintain distribution of the biogas to a gas-liquid contact tower to be used and can desulfurize the biogas easily and efficiently.SOLUTION: The desulfurizing facility comprises: a gas holder 1, and a liquid-gas contact tower 2 that dissolves soluble sulfur component to desulfurize it, wherein the liquid-gas contact tower 2 has a biogas receiving section 23, a biogas circulation section 24 that distributes the biogas to the gas holder 1, a sulfur absorbing and wastewater discharging section 25 that supplies sulfur absorbing wastewater to a water treatment tank 3 and a sulfur absorbed liquid receiving section 22 that receives wastewater treated in the water treatment tank 3 as a sulfur absorbing liquid, the gas holder 1 has a biogas main receiving section 11 that receives the biogas from the gas-liquid contact tower 2 and a bypass receiving section 12 that directly receives the biogas from the biogas supply section 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】使用される気液接触塔に対するバイオガスの流通を円滑に維持するとともに、簡便で効率良くバイオガスの脱硫を行える脱硫設備及びバイオガスの脱硫方法を提供すること。【解決手段】ガスホルダ1と、可溶性硫黄成分を溶解して脱硫する気液接触塔2とを設け、気液接触塔2は、バイオガス受入部23と、バイオガスをガスホルダ1に流通するバイオガス流通部24と、水処理槽3に硫黄吸収排水を供給する硫黄吸収排水排出部25と、水処理槽3で処理された排水を硫黄吸収液として受け入れる硫黄吸収液受入部22と、を備え、ガスホルダ1は、気液接触塔2からのバイオガスを受け入れるバイオガス主受入部11を備えるとともに、バイオガス供給部5からのバイオガスを直接受け入れるバイパス受入部12とを備える。【選択図】図1 |
