Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a clinker which can consume a large quantity of a waste and a by-product, can be fired at low temperature of lower than 1,400°C, and has high strength and low f-CaO amount.SOLUTION: A clinker has low f-CaO of less than 1.0% even when fired at low temperature of lower than 1,400°C by adjusting raw material ratios so that CS amount is 61% or more and CAF amount is 12-15% which are calculated by Bogue equation, the total amount of CA and CAF is 22% or more, and an iron amount (I.M) is 1.40-1.80; and has good strength development property.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】廃棄物や副産物を多量に消費可能で、1400℃未満の低温で焼成可能であり、かつ高い強度と低いf−CaO量を併せ持ったクリンカーの製造方法の提供。【解決手段】ボーグ式により算出されるC3S量が61%以上、C4AF量が12〜15%、C3AとC4AFの合計量が22%以上であり、かつ鉄率(I.M)が1.40〜1.80となるように原料比率を調整することで、1400℃未満の低温で焼成してもf−CaOが1.0%未満と低く、また強度発現性が良好なクリンカー。【選択図】なし
