CONVEYANCE DEVICE, CONVEYANCE SYSTEM, AND ADJUSTMENT METHOD OF HEAD UNIT POSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology or a device which positions a processing position by a head unit more precisely.SOLUTION: A conveyance device includes a head unit, and discharges a liquid to a conveyed object, which is conveyed, by a plurality of liquid discharge head units.
