Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for removing foreign material in a container which can securely remove foreign material in a container.SOLUTION: A device for removing foreign material in a container includes: a conveyance mechanism 4 which has a cleaner part 8 structured to have a required length and continuously convey a plurality of wide-mouthed containers 50 by aligning linearly along a conveyance direction in an inverted state in which a mouth part 50a of the wide-mouthed container 50 is turned downward; and a spraying mechanism 5 which is arranged on a lower side of the cleaner part 8 in a vertical direction, and removes foreign material 60 in the respective containers by sequentially sending air E from the mouth parts 50a of the plurality of wide-mouthed containers 50 to insides of the containers. The spraying mechanism 5 includes a first nozzle member 15 shifted from an axial center 13 to one side in a width direction and a second nozzle member 16 shifted to the other side in the width direction so as to structure air flows on a feed side and a return side to the respective wide-mouthed containers 50. The first and second nozzle members 15, 16 are arranged in a zigzag shape along the conveyance direction so as to sequentially switch flows of the air E on the feed side and the return side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】容器内の異物を確実に除去することができる容器内の異物除去装置を提供する。【解決手段】広口容器50の口部50aを下方へ向けた反転状態で複数の当該広口容器50を搬送方向に沿って直線状に配列させて連続搬送する所要長さで構成されたクリーナ部8を有する搬送機構4と、クリーナ部8の鉛直方向下側に設けられ、複数の広口容器50の口部50aから容器内へ向けて順次、エアーEを送り込むことで各容器内の異物60を除去する吹付機構5とを備えた容器内の異物除去装置1である。吹付機構5に、各広口容器50へのエアーの送り側と戻り側の流れを構成するように、軸心13から幅方向一方側へずらせた第1のノズル部材15、及び幅方向他方側へずらせた第2のノズル部材16を設け、第1及び第2のノズル部材15、16をエアーEの送り側と戻り側の流れが順次入れ替わるように、搬送方向に沿って千鳥状に配設する。【選択図】図7
