PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board capable of suppressing malfunction.SOLUTION: A circuit board 16 is a circuit board 161 which has plural circuit components constituting a switching power supply circuit and has a first surface 161a and a second surface opposite to the first surface 161a and in which an opening 165 is formed in the center. The circuit board 161 has plural circuit components 162 disposed thereon. An inductor L is disposed on the first surface 161a, and a control IC168 is disposed on the second surface.
