Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel concentration method or concentration device for concentrating at least one of alkene and alkane having 2 to 4 carbon atoms and same carbon number from a mixture containing them by combination of a membrane separation device and a distillation tower.SOLUTION: There is provided a concentration method for concentrating alkene and/or alkane from a raw material mixture containing alkene and alkane having 2 to 4 carbon atoms and same carbon number by combination of a membrane separation device and a distillate tower, in which the raw material mixture is supplied to the membrane separation device and alkene is penetrated through a membrane and recovered, a membrane non-penetration mixture is supplied to the distillation tower, steam from an overhead is circulated and supplied to a supply passage of the raw material mixture and alkane is recovered from a tower bottom.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】膜分離装置と蒸留塔を組み合わせ、炭素数が2〜4の範囲内であり同炭素数のアルケンとアルカンを含む混合物から少なくとも一方を濃縮する新規な濃縮方法や濃縮装置を提供する。【解決手段】膜分離装置と蒸留塔を組み合わせ、炭素数が2〜4の範囲内でかつ同炭素数のアルケンとアルカンとを含む原料混合物からアルケン及び/又はアルカンを濃縮する濃縮方法であって、前記原料混合物を膜分離装置に供給しアルケンを膜透過させて回収するとともに、膜未透過混合物を蒸留塔に供給し、塔頂からの蒸気を前記原料混合物の供給路に循環供給し、塔底からアルカンを回収することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1 |
