PRODUCTION METHOD OF GLASS PLATE, AND SEPARATION DEVICE OF PROTECTION SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a glass plate which securely separates a protection sheet from the glass plate which is conveyed in a state that the glass plate is placed on the protection sheet.SOLUTION: A production method of a glass plate includes: a process which conveys a glass plate G placed on a protection sheet P; and a process which separates the protection sheet P from the glass plate G by a phenomenon that a suction roll 4 having a winding portion x1 that a conveyance belt 2 is wound around a part of a peripheral wall portion adsorbs the protection sheet P via the conveyance belt 2 in a downstream side end portion of the conveyance belt 2. A partition member 5 which surrounds a non-winding portion y1 that the conveyance belt 2 is not wound around the peripheral wall portion of the suction roll 4 is disposed, and a closed cross section which includes the suction roll 4 therein is formed by the conveyance belt 2 and the partition member 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】保護シート上に載せられた状態で搬送されるガラス板から、保護シートを確実に分離する。【解決手段】ガラス板の製造方法は、保護シートＰ上に載せられたガラス板Ｇを搬送する工程と、搬送ベルト２の下流側端部で、周壁部の一部に搬送ベルト２が巻き掛けられた巻き掛け部ｘ１を有するサクションローラ４が、搬送ベルト２を介して保護シートＰを吸着することにより、ガラス板Ｇから保護シートＰを分離する工程とを含む。サクションローラ４の周壁部のうち、搬送ベルト２が巻き掛けられていない非巻き掛け部ｙ１を囲む仕切り部材５を配置し、搬送ベルト２と仕切り部材５でサクションローラ４を内部に含む閉断面を形成する。【選択図】図１
