PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a determination sensor.SOLUTION: A determination sensor in the present invention has an electrically insulating sheet, a sensor portion having a first conductive plate laminated on one surface of the electrically insulating sheet and having an object contactable therewith and a second conductive plate laminated on the other surface of the electrically insulating sheet, potential measuring means for measuring a potential difference between the first conductive plate and the second conductive plate of the sensor portion, and determining means for determining whether or not the object is a contact body on the basis of the potential difference measured by the potential measuring means.
