WIRE FIXING STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire fixing structure capable of fixing a holding member to a member to be fixed, with a wire held at a proper caulking load.SOLUTION: A wire fixing structure is configured such that to a pore provided in a tabular object to be fixed composed of metal, a metal holding member holding a part of a wire contacts, to fix the member to be fixed and the holding member with welding. The wire fixing structure includes: a welding part where a part of an overlapping part where an edge end of the pore of the member to be fixed and the holding member are overlapped is molten and solidified; and a caulking part having a portion of the overlapping part that is not molten and solidified, and where the holding member holds the wire with caulking.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】適切なカシメ荷重でワイヤを保持しつつ、固定対象の部材に対して保持部材を固定することができるワイヤの固定構造を提供すること。【解決手段】金属からなる板状の固定対象部材に設けられた孔部に、ワイヤの一部を保持する金属製の保持部材を当接し、固定対象部材と保持部材とを溶接固定したワイヤの固定構造であって、固定対象部材の孔部の縁端と、当該保持部材とが重なり合う重合部の一部が溶融固化してなる溶接部と、重合部のうち溶融固化していない部分を含み、保持部材がカシメによりワイヤを保持するカシメ部と、を備える。【選択図】図１
