Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant velocity universal joint which does not need the removal work of burrs (thread burrs) which are generated at pressure-insertion, and to which an accessory part is attached so as not to disturb the attachment of the other part by the attachment of the accessory part.SOLUTION: A short cylinder face part having a small diameter smaller than that of a cylinder face part is arranged at a pressure-insertion starting end side of the cylinder face part, and an inner flange part protruding to an inside-diameter direction is arranged at a pressure-insertion terminal end side of a cylinder part of an accessory part. An inside-diameter end face of the inner flange part and an external peripheral face of the short cylinder face part are made to abut on each other in a pressure-insertion finish state of the accessory part, and a burr accommodation space for accommodating burrs which are generated by the pressure-insertion of the cylinder part is formed in the pressure-insertion finish state. In the pressure-insertion finish state of the accessory part, the inner flange part of the accessory part does not protrude to an upstream side of a pressure-insertion direction rather than the short cylinder face part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】圧入時に発生するバリ(糸バリ)除去作業を必要とせず、しかも、付属部品が装着されることによって、他の部材の装着に邪魔をしないように付属部品が取付られている等速自在継手を提供する。【解決手段】円筒面部の圧入始端側に、円筒面部よりも小径の短円筒面部を設ける。付属部品の筒部の圧入終端側に内径方向に突出する内鍔部を設ける。付属部品の圧入完了状態で、内鍔部の内径端面を短円筒面部の外周面と当接させて、筒部の圧入によって生じるバリを圧入完了状態において収納するバリ収納用空間を形成する。付属部品の圧入完了状態で、付属部品の内鍔部は、短円筒面部よりも圧入方向上流側へ突出しない。【選択図】図1 |
