Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable displacement swash plate compressor capable of developing high durability.SOLUTION: The compressor according to this invention includes a housing 1 in which there are provided an oil separation mechanism 60 for separating lubricating oil from refrigerant gas discharged into a first discharge chamber 29a and a second discharge chamber 29b and an oil storage chamber 39a for storing the lubricating oil separated by the oil separation mechanism 60. Besides, in the housing 1, a supply passage 28 and a return passage 71 are formed. The supply passage 28 connects the oil storage chamber 39a and a suction pressure region for supplying the lubricating oil from the oil storage chamber 39a to the suction pressure region. The return passage 71 connects the first discharge chamber 29a and at least one of the oil storage chamber 39a and the supply passage 28 for distributing the lubricating oil from the first discharge chamber 29a to at least one of the oil storage chamber 39a and the supply passage 28 while reducing the pressure thereof to be not higher than the pressure of refrigerant gas passing through the oil separation mechanism 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】高い耐久性を発揮可能な容量可変型斜板式圧縮機を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の圧縮機では、ハウジング1内には、第1吐出室29a及び第2吐出室29bに吐出された冷媒ガスから潤滑油を分離する油分離機構60と、油分離機構60によって分離された潤滑油を貯留する貯油室39aとが設けられている。また、ハウジング1内には、供給路28と帰還路71とが形成されている。供給路28は、貯油室39aと、吸入圧領域とを接続し、貯油室39a内の潤滑油を吸入圧領域に供給する。帰還路71は、第1吐出室29aと、貯油室39a及び供給路28の少なくとも一方とを接続し、第1吐出室29a内の潤滑油を油分離機構60を経た冷媒ガスの圧力以下に減圧しつつ、貯油室39a及び供給路28の少なくとも一方に流通させる。【選択図】図1 |
