Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shift resonance frequency of an engine and resonance frequency of a vehicular electric compressor from each other in the downsized vehicular electric compressor.SOLUTION: A compression section 160 compresses a refrigerant by rotating a rotating shaft 150. An electric motor section 170 is connected to the rotating shaft 150 and drives the compression section 160 through the rotating shaft 150. A motor drive circuit section 141 drives the electric motor section 170. A housing 100h accommodates the compression section 160, the electric motor section 170 and the motor drive circuit section 141 so that these sections are juxtaposed in the axial direction of the rotating shaft 150 in this order. A discharge chamber 30 for discharging refrigerant gas compressed by the compression section 160 is provided in the housing 100h. A weight 190 constituted by a material having larger specific gravity than that of a component of the housing 100h is mounted to the housing 100h and disposed in the discharge chamber 30 so that resonance frequency of an electric compressor 100 is shifted from resonance frequency of an engine mounted with the electric compressor 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】小型化された車両用電動圧縮機において、エンジンの共振周波数と車両用電動圧縮機の共振周波数とをずらす。【解決手段】圧縮部160は、回転軸150の回転により冷媒を圧縮する。電動モータ部170は、回転軸150に連結され、回転軸150を通じて圧縮部160を駆動する。モータ駆動回路部141は、電動モータ部170を駆動する。ハウジング100hは、圧縮部160、電動モータ部170およびモータ駆動回路部141を、この順で回転軸150の軸方向に並んだ状態で収容する。ハウジング100h内には、圧縮部160で圧縮された冷媒ガスを吐出する吐出室30が設けられている。電動圧縮機100が取り付けられるエンジンの共振周波数に対して電動圧縮機100の共振周波数をずらすように、ハウジング100hの構成材料より比重の大きい材料で構成されている錘190が、ハウジング100hに取り付けられ、吐出室30内に配置されている。【選択図】図1 |
