PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior wall structure of building, construction method of exterior wall structure of building, and a fixture for external wall, with excellent workability and economical efficiency.SOLUTION: The exterior wall comprises a plurality of substrate members erected in a vertical direction S2, a panel 2 having fitting convex portions 6 on one of the upper end portion and the lower end portion, and a fitting concave portion 5 on the other, and a sash 10 having a mating convex portion 6 on one of the upper end portion and the lower end portion, and a fitting concave portion 5 on the other. The exterior wall is constituted by engaging the fitting convex portions 6 and the fitting concave portions 5 of the panels 2 and the sashes 10 adjacent to each other, or the panel 2 and sash 10, and by screwing the panels 2 and the sashes 10 to the substrate member from the front side surface which is the exterior wall surface, so that the plurality of the panels 2 and the sashes 10 are arranged in a lateral direction S1, and stacked in the vertical direction S2 as well.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】施工性、経済性に優れた建物の外壁構造及び建物の外壁構造の施工方法、並びに外壁用の建具を提供する。【解決手段】上下方向Ｓ２に立設される複数の下地部材と、上端部と下端部の一方に嵌合凸部６、他方に嵌合凹部５を備えたパネル２と、上端部と下端部の一方に嵌合凸部６、他方に嵌合凹部５を備えたサッシ１０とを備える。隣り合うパネル２同士あるいはサッシ１０同士あるいはパネル２とサッシ１０との嵌合凸部６と嵌合凹部５を嵌合させ、外壁面となる前面側からパネル２及びサッシ１０を下地部材にビス留めし、複数のパネル２及びサッシ１０を横方向Ｓ１に並設するとともに上下方向Ｓ２に積層配置して構成する。【選択図】図５
