Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin material containing resin having a siloxane bond, and an elastomer particle, where fluidity of the resin material before curing is maintained, and heat resistance and environmental resistance of the resin material after curing associated with crack resistance are improved.SOLUTION: An electric insulation resin material contains resin, and elastomer particles.
