PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technique that can suppress a roller member or a guide member from contacting a fabric member arranged at a connection part of a fabric layer.SOLUTION: The handrail has: an elastomer layer, configured endlessly in a longitudinal direction, which has ear parts at end parts in a width direction; a fabric layer, arranged on an inner surface side of the elastomer layer, which has a connection part where a first end part at one end side in the longitudinal direction and a second end part at the other end side in the longitudinal direction are connected to each other so as to be configured endlessly in the longitudinal direction; and a fabric member arranged at the connection part of the fabric layer to stride across the first end part and the second end part.
