PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that can improve balance of rigidity with respect to a longitudinal direction of a handrail.SOLUTION: The handrail has: an elastomer layer, configured endlessly in a longitudinal direction, which has a first ear part at one end part in a width direction thereof and a second ear part at the other end part in the width direction; a fabric layer, arranged on an inner surface side of the elastomer layer, which has a connection part where a first end part at one end side in the longitudinal direction and a second end part at the other end side in the longitudinal direction are connected overlappingly to each other so as to be configured endlessly in the longitudinal direction; a first ear-part fabric arranged at the first ear part to stride across the first end part and the second end part so as to overlap with the connection part; and a second ear-part fabric arranged at the second ear part to stride across the first end part and the second end part so as to overlap with the connection part.
