Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite member which can dissolve various problems of wood of a laminated wood while making a good use of grains of the wood.SOLUTION: A composite member 10 includes CLT 20 and a fiber-reinforced sheet 30. The CLT 20 is structured so that plate materials 21a to 21e formed by bonding a plurality of wood pieces 22 in a plane direction so that directions of grains are aligned are laminated in a thickness direction. The fiber-reinforced sheet 30 is a resin sheet containing a fiber, and is stuck onto a surface of the CLT 20. The fiber-reinforced sheet 30 is structured so that fibers having a transmittance of 70% or more are impregnated with a resin having a transmittance ratio in a cured state of 70% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】積層木材の木目を活かしつつ、木材が持つ各種課題を解消することが可能な複合部材を提供する。【解決手段】複合部材１０は、ＣＬＴ２０と繊維強化シート３０とを備えている。ＣＬＴ２０は、木目の方向を揃えて接合された複数の木材片２２を平面方向に接合した板材２１ａ〜２１ｅが厚み方向に積層されて構成される。繊維強化シート３０は、繊維を含む樹脂製のシートであって、ＣＬＴ２０の表面に貼り付けられる。繊維強化シート３０は、透過率が７０％以上の繊維に硬化状態における透過率が７０％以上の樹脂が含浸されて構成されている。【選択図】図４
